Find your “Rizz”

So I work a lot with young people today especially around the under 25’s who are struggling to find their “rizz” .. how do I start a conversation that doesn’t involve socials? How do I stop feeling awkward in front of people?  Here are five fun and practical tips to boost your charisma and confidence as a millennial:

Power Pose Like a Boss

Before stepping into any social or professional setting, take two minutes** to stand in a superhero stance—feet apart, hands on hips, chest open. Science says this boosts testosterone (even if you don’t have much) and lowers stress hormones. Instant confidence hack.

Tell Stories, Not Just Facts

People don’t remember stats—they remember how you made them feel. Ditch the boring small talk and sprinkle in quick, engaging stories. Even a bad day can be entertaining if you tell it with the right energy.

Use the ‘Pause of Power’

Rushing to fill silence makes you look nervous. Instead, pause before responding. It makes you seem thoughtful, controlled, and more charismatic. Bonus: It keeps people hanging on your words.

Mirror (But Not Like a Creep)

Subtly match the body language, tone, or pace of the person you’re speaking to. It builds instant connection and likability—but keep it natural. Copying them exactly is just weird.

Master the 3-Second Eye Contact Rule

Too little eye contact? Do you look unsure. Or way too much? You’re a serial killer. Aim for three seconds before looking away. It’s long enough to show confidence but not long enough to make it awkward.

Try these out and watch your RIZZ levels skyrocket!
