My purpose is simple: to get the world of business talking. By enabling leaders to create purposeful messages, master their body language, vocality, and energy, I help them turn nervousness into confidence, ensuring that their messages are heard loud and clear.

I am Sally Anne Smith, the Charisma Coach, specialising in Leadership, Management, Communications, and all things Charisma. From a young age, I was fascinated by the power of connection through conversation. I wasn’t just interested in what people said but how they said it in their posture, their tone, their unspoken cues. Whether it was the tilt of a head or the energy they brought into the room, I knew that true communication went far beyond words and a deck of slides. This curiosity led me to a career where I help leaders harness these elements to communicate with impact, power and genuine authenticity.
I have this innate passion to drive better communications in global business, to enable you to be heard and valued. Whether it’s on a digital platform, a face to face event or even going live stream on Facebook my aim is to get you and your business engaged with better growth results. I create learning, coaching and development that is real, worthwhile, more powerful and less power point! Im conveniently located in South Manchester, Cheshire to be exact, I am an accredited Business Growth Coach focused on empowering talented individuals.

You will receive a step by step process including practice, reflection and self discovery and the best thing is you can take it at your own pace through the self learning modules.
